Athabasca Oil Sands Area CRISP

The development of Comprehensive Regional Infrastructure Sustainability Plan (CRISP) for the Athabasca Oil Sands Area (AOSA) was led by Alberta Treasury Board’s Oil Sands Sustainable Development Secretariat, and was created by and through the input of a number of provincial ministries, municipalities, First Nations and Métis, as well as other stakeholders.

The AOSA CRISP will assist in establishing regional infrastructure priorities and will be implemented through a monitoring framework, capital planning process and other mechanisms. Timelines for implementation are currently under review.
